Privacy policy

How Bee Seen Social handles the information you share through this website. Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Template. This policy is a plain-English starting point. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Colombia before the website launches.

Who we are

Bee Seen Social is an independent digital growth and creative agency based in Colombia. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us about privacy at beeseen.smma@gmail.com.

We handle personal data in line with Colombia’s data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations) and, where it applies to you, the data protection law of the country where you live.

What the diagnostic collects

Before a discovery call, we ask you to fill in a short diagnostic. It collects:

  • your name and email address;
  • your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
  • your country and the language you’d like for the call;
  • your answers about your business or your work: what you offer, where you are today, your challenges and goals, your timing and the services that interest you;
  • anything else you choose to tell us.

We use this information only to prepare your call, reply to you and, if we work together, plan the project. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

While you fill in the diagnostic, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage), so you don’t lose them if you leave the page. They stay on your device and are not sent to us until you press “Send and choose a time”. They are deleted from your browser once sent, or when you press “Start over”.

How your answers reach us

The diagnostic is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. When you press “Send and choose a time”, your answers pass through Web3Forms and arrive in our email inbox (Gmail). Web3Forms and Google process the data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Booking a discovery call (Calendly)

Discovery calls are booked through Calendly. The calendar appears on the diagnostic page after you send your answers, with your name and email already filled in and a short reference code that links your booking to your answers. When you book, Calendly collects the details it asks for, such as your name, email and chosen time, and shares them with us. Calendly may use cookies on its own calendar; those are governed by Calendly’s privacy policy.

WhatsApp

Our WhatsApp links open a chat with us in WhatsApp, a service run by Meta. If you message us there, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies, and we see what you send us, including your phone number.

Cookies and analytics

This website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to a font provider.

To avoid replaying a decorative animation on every visit, the home page remembers in your browser that it has already played. This stays on your device for the current browser session and is never sent to us.

The diagnostic keeps your unsent answers in your browser, as described above.

Third-party services you choose to use (Calendly, WhatsApp) may set their own cookies, as described above. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security; we will name the provider here once the site is live.

How long we keep your information

We keep diagnostic emails for as long as we need them to talk with you and, if we work together, to deliver the project and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us using it. Write to beeseen.smma@gmail.com and we’ll answer as soon as we can. In Colombia you can also contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) if you’re not satisfied with our response.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
